Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Communication Associate to join our team. This role supports both the Operations and Process Improvement teams in ensuring the smooth execution of business-as-usual tasks and advancing key process initiatives. What You Will Do:
- Business-as-Usual Support:
- Maintain consistent, clear communication with team members and stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations.
- Submit items to ad review for approval and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Publish approved content and updates in backend systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Targeted Mailings and Campaigns:
- Coordinate and execute targeted mailings to specific customer segments in line with business objectives.
- Track mailing results and support campaign analysis and optimization.
- Process Improvement Submission Management:
- Oversee the intake and processing of improvement submissions, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Act as a liaison between submitters and the Process Improvement team to track progress and implementation.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports focusing on key metrics, adoption rates, and task completion.
- Assist with data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for potential improvement.
- Team Collaboration and Goal Support:
- Actively engage with both teams to support collective goals and assist with tasks as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, voicing insights and recommendations to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What You Need To Have:
- BA or BS or equivalent degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline.
- Strong Microsoft Office and data management skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
