Essence of the Role (Role’s Purpose):
We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join us as an influencer for our social channels. You will be the face of our YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and accounts in other social media platforms. The best person for this role is someone creative, energetic, reliable, collaborative, and independent.
This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be able to commute to our office in Long Island, NY for work.

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):

1. Independently create original and entertaining video content, from scripting to post-production, for all social media platforms. Content produced must be relevant to supplement consumers.
2. Be the face of our social media channels on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
3. Come up with fresh ideas for both short and long-form videos.
4. Create multiple creative shorts and long videos for our TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media accounts in a timely and reliable manner.
5. Work and collaborate with our marketing team to build our subscribers, boost views, watch time, engagement, and reach. The goal is to increase sales at brick-and-mortar retail stores and online.
6. Ensure that all content meets company standards for integrity and production quality, as well as regulatory compliance requirements in the supplement industry.
7. Cultivate and maintain a personal brand that reflects and aligns with company values throughout your role.
8. Drive engagement by actively interacting with our audience, answering comments and messages in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
9. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):

1. Creative and energetic with excellent verbal communication and engaging presentation skills, high coordination, and a strong work ethic.
2. Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
3. Knowledge of social media strategies, organic social growth, and paid social growth.
4. Familiar with social media best practices and keeps up to date with trends.
5. Familiarity with video editing software and other applications used in the creation and monitoring of content including social media analytics tools.
6. Create, produce, write, shoot, and edit videos independently.
7. Experience as a social media content creator.
8. Experience in fitness or e-commerce is preferred.
9. Proven experience as a social media influencer with a substantial following on one or more social media platforms.

Hours: M-F 9am- 5pm
