About the role:
As the Executive Assistant-Event Planner, your role will be to streamline our CEO's personal and professional life, enabling him to focus on high-impact, strategic tasks. This person is super organized and great at keeping things running smoothly while supporting leadership. With a high EQ, they're good at building a positive team vibe and helping others grow. Ideally, they're in the Austin metropolitan area and love making things more efficient.

Required: At least 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant roles, with hands-on experience in event planning and project management experience. About the role:
As the Executive Assistant-Event Planner, your role will be to streamline our CEO's personal and professional life, enabling him to focus on high-impact, strategic tasks. This person is super organized and great at keeping things running smoothly while supporting leadership. With a high EQ, they're good at building a positive team vibe and helping others grow. Ideally, they're in the Austin metropolitan area and love making things more efficient.
What you'll do:
- Plan and manage company events, leadership retreats, and off-sites for our team to foster team collaboration.
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, emails, phone calls, client management and any other company logistics
- Support with travel arrangements, expense report management and other administrative tasks as needed
- Build out our presence in the Austin area...help us become known as one of the fastest growing companies & best places to work.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other corporate documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business matters.
- Provide additional support on personal tasks that are subject to change

Compensation:
- $45k - $70k - depending on qualification and experience
