We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Producer to join our team and lead the production of high-profile corporate events from inception to completion.

The Executive Producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of live corporate event production, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and clients. This role requires a strategic thinker and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Executive Producer will be instrumental in ensuring that every event exceeds client expectations while maintaining financial and logistical precision.

Role & Responsibilities:
Create and manage event budgets and timelines with precision and efficiency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Partner with account and creative leads, actively engaging in strategy discussions and client status meetings to align on event objectives.
Coordinate all event content elements, production timelines, production deliverables, oversee production details, and ensure seamless execution.
Lead client calls and internal calls with respective SME on the various aspects of the production (technical, creative, video, etc).
Lead RFP response teams, developing creative and strategic solutions for events ranging from hundreds to thousands of participants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors.
Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives, creative requirements, and overall strategy.
Negotiate effectively with clients, venues, and vendors to optimize costs while maintaining the highest event standards.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure A/V requirements align with creative and project goals and budget parameters and time constraints.
Leverage extensive knowledge of digital event components to enhance live and virtual experiences.
Lead and inspire on-site teams, ensuring flawless execution of live events that exceed client expectations.
Responsible for creating the event’s show flow, delivering all content as per the show flow to the onsite team.
Manage post-event processes, ensuring all materials and client deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsible for proper post show reconciliation of budget, hours, invoicing, content archiving, etc. to close out a project and finalize budget and billing to client.
Skills/Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in live event production, preferably in corporate events.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-profile events from concept to execution to close out.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Exceptional budgeting, negotiation, and financial management skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building abilities with senior clients, stakeholders and pre / post production and onsite crew.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic and exceptional client presentation skills – virtually and in person.
Deep understanding of A/V technology, content development and how tech and creative intersect, event production logistics, and digital event components.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
Willingness to travel as needed for client pitches, meeting, site surveys, on-site event execution, etc.
Ability to assess risk and make critical decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in live and virtual event production.
Excellent ability to continually learn new technologies and processes both for event production and for event administration / production management.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
7+ years working full-time in a corporate environment.
Local to South Florida with requirement to come into the office 5 days a week during the first 90 days (remote work thereafter to be determined with Supervisor).
Willingness to travel frequently.
Proficiency in Mac or PC OS. Must be proficient in Programs such as Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, OneDrive, Zoom and similar programs.
