Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead, create, and execute strategic patient acquisition and medical provider marketing programs. This role is ideal for a high-energy, healthcare-savvy team builder with a strong digital marketing background. The ideal candidate is excited about the opportunity to educate couples and their physicians on male fertility while eliminating the painful stigma associated with deeply personal healthcare challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy focused on performance/demand marketing, brand partnerships, and content marketing.
Lead the development of a consumer brand identity and market presence that makes Posterity Health the go-to place for male fertility (Direct-to-Consumer).
Co-develop a business-to-business marketing strategy and sales development program to position Posterity Health as the preferred partner among the fertility community, including OB/GYNs, REIs, and fertility benefit management organizations (Business-to-Business).
Oversee and enhance the extended marketing team, including publicists, agencies, and other key players, to effectively execute key growth milestones.
Collaborate directly with leadership, sales, product, and customer experience teams to identify and implement winning strategies.
Provide leadership for problem-solving within the organization and maintain a culture of trust, accountability, and transparency.
Build and maintain positive working relationships through open communication with employees, network physicians, and Posterity Health partners.
Coach and develop employees to maximize business outcomes and employee engagement.
Provide oversight and leadership for the development of the annual marketing budget.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in strategic and tactical customer-facing B2B and B2C roles.
Proven track record of building successful digital marketing programs and teams. Experience with social media and planning is essential.
Experience developing market entry plans and creating tactical steps and realistic timelines to drive growth.
Hands-on experience in performance (paid media), social media, and content/brand marketing.
Highly metrics-driven, with experience building and optimizing funnels and analytics.
Early-stage startup experience, preferably in health/consumer technology.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where resources are constrained, and creativity, persistence, and networking drive success.
High confidence in your ability to perform the role, with strong empathy for our end-customers and team.
