Vice President of Marketing About the Company Disruptive player in the industry with established & growing brands Industry Consumer Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead and drive its customer acquisition and retention strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full funnel, including DTC, Amazon, and Marketplaces, and will lead a team covering a range of activities such as paid social, affiliates, influencer, social, creative, CRO, and website. This role is pivotal in the business's growth, and the ideal candidate will have a strong performance marketing background, particularly in managing significant ad spends with a focus on Meta. The VP of Marketing will be expected to be highly analytical, hands-on, and experienced in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proven track record in digital and performance marketing, especially in new customer acquisition. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a background in fast-growth, customer acquisition-focused DTC e-commerce or digitally native brands. The role requires a leader who can drive business strategy, manage key KPIs, and develop testing frameworks for continuous learning and growth. The candidate must be adept at analyzing and reporting on campaign performance across various channels and be capable of leading, recruiting, and mentoring a marketing team. Experience with a range of marketing channels, including lifecycle marketing, CRM, paid, digital marketing, and social, is essential. The role demands a high level of analytical skills, experience with online marketing tools and platforms, and the ability to work in a lean, high-growth environment while managing agency relationships.
