Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital advertising, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis to drive measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can maximize ROI through data-driven decision-making and continually improve ad performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through performance tracking, A/B testing, and data analysis.

Define and implement audience targeting strategies to reach key demographics effectively.

Monitor ad budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure cost-effective results.

Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms to ensure campaigns are always optimized.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of ad platforms.

Demonstrated ability to optimize ads for conversion, cost-efficiency, and ROI.

Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
