Senior Marketing Manager

is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of new and existing products and services for the KBB Vehicle Acquisition business. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, sales enablement, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute creative narratives, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for core products and key feature enhancements. Create compelling value propositions supported by metrics, claims, and reasons to believe in the value of our platform. Leverage research, data, and insights to lead comprehensive campaign plans, identifying target client segments, markets, and sales channels that drive revenue and adoption. Sales Enablement : Develop and optimize sales enablement collateral to ensure the sales team is well-equipped with knowledge of new products and enhancements. Partner with sales operations and sales strategy teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and strategies. Content Development : Work with RMOps to develop and activate targeted campaigns, client-facing content, and collateral through various channels, including presentations, websites, programmatic media, social media content, and case studies. Collaborate with creative teams and agency partners to develop campaign assets that deliver storytelling within brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines. Thought Leadership : Serve as a thought leader within the organization, providing insights and guidance on marketing trends, strategies, and best practices. Collaborate with internal and external communications teams to ensure key messaging is integrated across executive communications, team member communications, product communications, and industry communications/PR. Performance Tracking : Track and report performance metrics for all marketing tactics, providing recommendations for campaign optimization and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with operations, research, sales strategy, and other teams to support the go-to-market strategy for the KBB ICO business. Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across all marketing and sales initiatives. What’s in It for You? Who You Are Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 8 years of progressive experience in marketing for a sales-driven organization. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field with no degree. Product, portfolio, or solutions marketing experience for a B2B or B2C organization. Digital media and content marketing strategy. Balanced mix of strategic, storytelling and executional capabilities. Strong written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Strong collaboration skills; team player with a customer-centric focus and the ability to develop partnerships in a matrixed organization. Able to manage different projects at the same time. Ability to work with remote management and teams. Project Management, technical/analytical skills. Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field. MBA or graduate degree.
