Position Description: We are looking for a person who can wear multiple hats, helping out on a multitude of different marketing and promotions tactics. To thrive in this role, you will have a passion for not only marketing but also for business building. This person will own Sayari-led events, while also contributing to both affiliate marketing and our general events and conferences planning and programming. Job Responsibilities: Manage, plan and execute Sayari-led events, taking the lead on carrying out the event logistics. Work with the rest of the marketing team and other stakeholders to design programming that optimizes and scales Sayari’s ability to engage with target audiences. Serve as the initial Sayari point-of-contact for communications with vendors, speakers, partners, venues, etc., leveraging a fundamental understanding of the product and market to provide basic guidance. Lead internal communications ensuring that all relevant Sayari teams are kept in the loop and on the same page. Support Sayari’s external event strategy by executing conferences and events, negotiating contracts, assisting with swag management, and other tasks as needed and with respect to the allocated budget. Assist with other marketing online events such as webinars. Skills & Experience: 2-4 years of event and marketing experience. Proven curiosity for quantitative data analysis for measuring program effectiveness. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and other marketing tools is preferred. Natural aptitude to collaborate in and across teams. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality. Experience with marketing SaaS solutions to a technical audience is a plus. The target base salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000 plus equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
