Your mission As the

Trade Marketing Manager, North America , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing

omnichannel trade marketing strategies .

Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Team, you will work cross-functionally with the NA team, and with Sales and Customer Care Teams. Your key stakeholders will be Hemro’s Group Distributors and Partners with whom you’ll define, align, and implement trade marketing activations to drive brand visibility, commercial growth, and engagement across multiple channels. This is a

new role within a brand-new department , perfect for someone who thrives in building strategies, systems, and relationships from the ground up. Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute omnichannel trade marketing strategies, covering: Retail and distributor activation: Create programs to enhance in-store visibility & partner engagement. Digital trade marketing: Support B2B e-commerce initiatives, digital content strategies for partners, and data-driven marketing activities. Channel-specific programs: Design marketing plans for key accounts, independent coffee shops, and specialty channels. Build Insights: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform the strategy. Focus on growth: Identify growth opportunities within existing channels and potential new ones. Partner Relationship Management

Build strong, trust-based relationships with key partners, ensuring Hemro is seen as a value-added resource. Collaborate closely with distributors and key partners to co-create impactful marketing initiatives. Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

Align closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing strategies translate into commercial success. Develop sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs to enable winning with the end customers. Synced sales-marketing efforts: Leverage your sales background (if applicable) to bridge the gap between marketing strategies and sales execution. Event Management & Trade Shows

Plan, organize, and execute live events, trade shows, and partner activations. Manage end-to-end event logistics, including booth design, messaging, and post-event analysis. Ensure events deliver strong ROI through lead generation, brand exposure, and partner engagement. Data-Driven Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Conduct diagnostic assessments of marketing performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities. Use KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs. Implement feedback loops to refine and improve strategies continuously. Your profile

Must-Haves: 7 - 10 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in an omnichannel environment. Formal marketing education (bachelor’s or master’s degree). Strong grasp of the 4Ps of marketing and their application in trade marketing. Experience with digital marketing concepts; understanding how the digital channels support trade marketing goals. Proven track record in live event planning and execution (trade shows, partner events, etc.). Strong analytical skills: ability to diagnose market dynamics and build data-driven strategies. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, building processes from scratch. Nice-to-Haves: Sales background or commercial experience to better align marketing with sales objectives. Experience in the coffee industry or related sectors. Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms. Your Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. People-oriented and confident in building trust with internal and external stakeholders. Curious, pragmatic, and adaptable, thriving in fast-changing environments.
