Job Description

We are excited to add an Audio/Video Technician to our growing business. This position has the opportunity to help with the pre-production, production, and post-production processes developing videos and training materials for the success of our Family of Companies’ employees.
The successful candidate will possess work experience in business or non-profit settings capturing and editing high-quality video and audio deliverables with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
Education experience (Associates or Bachelors) in film or closely related program may be substituted for professional experience.

This role will additionally require creativity, ability to focus, and delivering on-time results in a creative project environment. Essential Responsibilities:
Audio/Video Design for Trainings
- Support film and audio production, including audio and video set-up, recording, and take-down
- Complete post-production, including audio mixing, video editing
- Utilize creative design, including animation, and graphic design
- Solid understanding of camera operation, and other equipment used in video and audio recording
Software
- Able to learn the use and administration of our Learning Management System and other integrated video systems
- Able to learn software systems and use online tools efficiently and effectively
Administrative
- Maintain and organize video files including version control, access, etc.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $20.00- 22.00 DOE
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions available after 60 days of employment
- 8 Paid holidays (available after 90 days)
- 2 week's annual paid time off accrual (accrues immediately, available after 90 days)
- 401K options and profit-share eligibility after 1 calendar year of service
