Scratch Off Systems is seeking a full-time, first shift graphic designer.

Scratch Off Systems is seeking a graphic designer with the ability to design customized artwork or take customers’ existing artwork to implement them within our templates for printing. This individual must possess the ability to work on multiple customers designs at various stages in the process. The graphic designer will work externally with clients to ensure we meet their expectations. This role will involve collaboration across multiple internal departments such as customer service and production and periodically support the marketing department with artwork design as needed. This individual must possess strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work on concurrent projects to achieve consistent success for our clients.

Position Requirements

• Works closely with clients to identify and interpret product design expectations, executes work in a timely fashion and consistently reports status with our project management software.
• Ability to manage time and organize projects based on their priority level.
• Maintains accurate work history and file management controls.
• Utilize Monday.com project management software to communicate the status of clients’ projects with internal departments.

Education and Qualifications

• Entry level position, one to three years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in graphic design preferred.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Results driven with demonstrated organization and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Monday.com project management workflow software is desirable but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate throughout the organization.
