About the team The Marketing Intelligence Product team builds and launches data intelligence tools to provide insights and strategic recommendations to TikTok clients. These tools help clients understand TikTok consumer behavior, industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities to optimize ads ROI and drive business growth. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers. As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in driving inbound product strategy, product awareness, testing, and packaging to resonate with our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for defining product requirements, the inbound product strategy, and the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's marketing intelligence product - Deeply understand the marketing and advertising demands in different markets, and effectively summarize and prioritize business requests - Assist in solving practical business problems via product application and iteration - Extract product value proposition and summarize applicable scenarios. Design customized product operation strategies and GTM plans by markets and verticals - Enable monetization revenue growth through understanding the internet advertising industry, algorithms, and selling strategies - Explore clients' potential needs and pain points through internal and external research to further improve the user satisfaction and active rates of TTMS

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - 5+ years of relevant work experience in advertising operations, product strategy, product marketing, or similar - Project management experience and able to efficiently drive cross-functional collaboration - Self-motivated, logical thinker - Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience overseeing customer solutions in the product strategy, advertising, or data space
