About The Role:

Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a VP of Marketing to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Chief Product and Marketing. As a VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading Intelliguard's marketing efforts and establish us as the premier innovator and thought leader in medication management. The VP of Marketing will hold the highest marketing authority in the company and play a key role in driving strategic growth, brand awareness, and engagement with top hospitals and industry influencers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our company's marketing strategy as we transition from a hardware-focused organization to a software-centric leader.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Intelliguard as an industry leader in medication management software solutions. Craft and communicate a compelling brand story, reinforcing Intelliguard's role as an innovator and trusted thought leader. Lead market research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using these insights to adapt and refine marketing strategies.

Demand Generation & Awareness Drive awareness and engagement within the healthcare industry, particularly among top hospitals, healthcare executives, and key decision-makers. Build a high-impact demand generation engine, leveraging digital marketing, content, and targeted campaigns to increase brand visibility and pipeline growth. Establish and maintain relationships with media, industry analysts, and key opinion leaders to promote Intelliguard's insights and innovations.

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to develop marketing programs and sales tools that clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of Intelliguard's software solutions. Design campaigns that increase product consideration and adoption, targeting specific healthcare segments and accounts. Lead the development of product messaging and positioning, ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance with our target audiences.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and customer needs. Leverage data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on ROI to the executive team.

Perform other duties as assigned. We Would Love To Hear From You, If:

10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth, B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment. Proven track record of successfully driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement in complex B2B markets. Deep understanding of the healthcare and hospital market, particularly in technology adoption, compliance requirements, and decision-making processes. Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes. Extraordinary communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization, representing Intelliguard as an industry leader. Ability to lead through execution, developing impactful marketing content and campaigns while inspiring collaboration and innovation within the team. The pay range for this role is:

185,000 - 210,000 USD per year (Ohio Office)
