What You’ll Do:
- Define & Own the Brand Voice – Establish a distinct online personality that makes our brand a destination, not an afterthought.
- Create, Don’t Just Post – Move beyond static content calendars to build original, repeatable content series and franchises that grow our audience and engagement.
- Spot Trends & Experiment – Stay ahead of internet culture, test new formats, and tinker with emerging platforms before everyone else does.
- Think Like a Creator – Whether it's video, memes, or long-form storytelling, you know how to make content that feels native to every platform.
- Balance Creativity with Data – Track what works, optimize based on insights, and push for constant evolution.
- Engage Like a Human – Build real relationships with our audience. No ghosting. No cringe replies.
- Collaborate & Amplify – Work with internal teams to highlight agency stories, cultural moments, and behind-the-scenes gold.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record of making brands (or your own projects) stand out online (3+ years of experience helps).
- The ability to create, not just manage—you know what makes content work and have the skills to execute (video editing, design, copywriting, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of social platforms—TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and whatever’s next.
- A creator mindset—you’re building something of your own, whether it’s a side project, personal brand, or online community.
- Strong instincts for writing & storytelling—you can make a brand sound real, human, and actually funny.
- Comfort with analytics & strategy—you can interpret data, adjust campaigns, and experiment intelligently.
- The ability to move fast, take risks, and adapt when the internet shifts overnight.
Bonus Points If:
- You’ve grown a brand (or your own) from zero to hero.
- You’re the go-to person in your group chat for memes.
- You own one of those tiny ASMR microphones.
