Role Overview ICON Concerts is seeking a Digital Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts across live comedy tours and events. This role will work with the Tour Marketing team and be key in driving ticket sales, increasing artist visibility, and ensuring the overall success of our tours and shows. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work with the Tour Marketing Team to develop and implement data-driven plans that target specific audiences, optimizing for ticket sales. Design and execute integrated, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with the tour or show's goals. Media Buying & Optimization: Manage digital media buys across platforms, ensuring campaigns meet performance metrics and KPIs. Quality check all digital campaigns to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic goals. Regularly assess campaign performance and work with the Tour Marketer to provide actionable insights to improve existing and future campaigns. Trend Monitoring & Strategic Insights: Stay on top of emerging digital marketing trends, especially in the comedy and live events spaces, and leverage these insights to inform campaigns. Offer data-backed recommendations for optimization based on ongoing analysis and industry shifts. Collaboration & Deadlines: Work closely with the Tour Marketing team to ensure the timely execution of campaigns and promotional assets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in comedy, live events, or entertainment. Familiarity with digital platforms, including social media, DSPs, paid search, and digital ad trafficking tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and organization. Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines.
