What You'll Do:

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels
• Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of campaigns and events
• Support email marketing, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
• Oversee social media content, including scheduling and engagement tracking
• Assist with event planning and sponsorship coordination
• Conduct market research to track trends, customer insights, and competitive strategies
• Work with vendors and agencies to ensure top-quality marketing materials and services
• Manage inventory of marketing literature and promotional materials

What We're Looking For:

• A self-motivated marketing professional with 1-3 years of experience (home services experience is a plus!)
• A strong understanding of marketing channels and tools, including email marketing and CRM platforms
