Position Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing event operations, managing the podcast studio, and developing sponsorship opportunities at The KINN. You will be planning and executing high-quality events, ensuring seamless podcast productions, and driving revenue through sponsorships and studio bookings. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic thinker with experience in event management, AV production, sales, and marketing. Strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to foster relationships with clients, sponsors, and creative professionals are essential. Key Responsibilities

Events Management Develop and implement a strategic plan for the event space. Manage all event aspects, including sales, contracting, logistics, operations, staffing, and customer service. Plan and execute events according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Create and manage event budgets, revenue projections, and sales goals. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the event space. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and security regulations. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Oversee venue equipment, supplies, and inventory, ensuring everything is well-maintained. Conduct regular assessments and recommend upgrades and improvements. Hire and supervise event staff, including coordinators, caterers, and security. Support the planning and execution of internal events hosted by The KINN. Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, décor, and AV equipment. Oversee AV setup (sound, lighting, video) and train interns to support event operations. Perform general maintenance to keep the venue in top condition. Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout events. Assist with event-related tasks such as food service, bartending, and cleanup. Podcast Studio Management Oversee daily operations of the podcast studio, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and fully functional. Set up and manage audio and video recording equipment for podcast sessions. Provide technical support to podcast hosts and guests, troubleshooting AV issues. Maintain and update studio equipment as needed. Manage studio bookings and ensure smooth transitions between recording sessions. Assist with post-production tasks, such as file management and minor editing. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients. Manage social media, website updates, and digital marketing efforts to promote the studio. Build partnerships with local creators, businesses, and influencers to drive bookings. Generate leads, conduct outreach, and close sales for podcast studio rentals. Track sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Sponsorship Development Identify and research potential sponsorship prospects aligned with The KINN’s mission. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors. Create compelling sponsorship proposal decks showcasing activation opportunities. Develop sponsorship packages that align with The KINN’s objectives while providing value to sponsors. Handle contract negotiations and activation planning. Ensure fulfillment of all sponsorship commitments and maintain regular communication. Collaborate with internal teams to successfully execute sponsor activations. Track and report on sponsorship revenue, expenses, and ROI. Benefits
