WORK FROM HOME STATUS: Eligible
After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs. (Work from home is in WI only at this time). In general, the timeframe to start a work from home rotation tends to be 3-6 months. Note that there will be situations when the associate may choose or be asked to return onsite, which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

As a video production coordinator, your role is coordinating video production projects by managing the schedule and logistics of video shoots for the videography team. Projects are broad in scope and may involve multiple stakeholders, senior management and/or span across multiple service areas. A videography production coordinator ensures that the video production process runs smoothly, efficiently and meets set business objectives with minimal supervision, exercising judgment within broadly defined policies and developing methods and systems for obtaining results.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility
- Schedule team members in video and audio productions to ensure high quality output in an efficient and timely manner.
- Manage logistics of video shoots to include locations, timelines, people, and equipment / props needed.
- Develop, document, and oversee formal and informal processes, workflows, and checklists for staff for video production.
- Assist and provide support to various departments to ensure both technical and creative objectives are met.
- Organize files including video clips, visual assets and templates by creating and/or maintaining a content database/library.
- May participate in taking on some video projects from origination to publication to help fulfill the production schedule.
- Order equipment supplies and perform basic maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors on special projects and events.
- Research new emerging technologies to keep up to date on new trends and updates related to your role.

- Familiar with all aspects of video production including script writing, storyboarding, lighting, video/audio production, and editing.
- Experienced in shooting and editing content for social media platforms.

- Able to analyze target audience and present ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- A multi-tasker and change priorities quickly.
- Someone who has excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Somone who has project management skills including: the ability to meet project quality expectations and schedule commitments.
Required education/skills/experience:
- 2-year degree in radio/tv/film, journalism, business, or similar field.
- Applicants with equivalent, relevant experience will also be considered.
- 2- 5 years of experience in business, marketing and project management or related fields.
- A minimum of two years’ experience of professional editing and video experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer etc.) and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative visuals.
- Strategic thinking experience and the ability to work with diverse groups of colleagues across all markets is essential.
- Demonstrable, working knowledge of the basic production technology required to produce web-delivered videos of exceptional quality.
