We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Writer to join our architecture team. This person will be a key member of our team, as they will be instrumental in writing the technical standards for the architecture review board. This person will be responsible for working with architects to write detailed standards and updating communication on our Confluence site. This person will also be tasked with publishing architectural tips/tricks on our website and should have the ability to create thoughtful designs and graphics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, and experience with creating good-looking marketing materials that look professional/consistent with company brand.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Senior level technical writing, experienced in writing technical standards (ideally within Engineering or Architecture).
* Some creative experience with designing web pages or graphics or creative writing for a website.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-collaboratively.
* Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice to have Qualifications:
* Experience working in Confluence.
* Experience adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Experience working with governance framework like COBIT.
* Experience working for a fintech company.
