We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Content Manager to enhance the presence of NETGEAR for Business across social platforms, targeting end users and channel partners in the enterprise networking space. You will develop and execute strategic social media initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation within the commercial networking sector. You’ll create compelling content tailored to AV/IT professionals, oversee multi-platform campaigns, and leverage AI-driven tools and insights to optimize performance. This role involves managing influencer partnerships, aligning messaging with business objectives, and staying ahead of industry trends. Your work will bridge the technical features of NETGEAR solutions with practical use cases for businesses. This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 3 days a week in our San Jose HQ.

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with NETGEAR Business objectives. Target B2B / ENTERPRISE audiences, including AV and IT professionals, resellers, and end-users. Optimize campaigns for LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging B2B / Enterprise-friendly platforms. Content Creation & Management

Produce engaging content, such as thought leadership posts, video tutorials, case studies, and success stories. Use AI tools to analyze content performance and optimize for better engagement. Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with business goals. Community Engagement

Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customer communities. Manage relationships with current NETGEAR influencers and identify new targets. Negotiate contracts, manage product review program and measure results. Monitor and respond to inquiries, driving conversations around NETGEAR’s products and solutions. Build trust and engagement within AV/IT professional groups and reseller networks. Performance Measurement & Optimization

Track KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and lead generation. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Sprout Social) and AI platforms to evaluate campaign performance and ROI. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for future campaigns. Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in networking and AV/IT. Provide recommendations to refine social media strategies and content focus. Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise / Fortune-5000 social media marketing, preferably in IT and/or enterprise networking. Proven expertise in using social media to target resellers, end users, and AV/IT professionals. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and YouTube for business networking and content dissemination. Demonstrable success in generating leads and driving customer engagement via social platforms. Familiarity with enterprise networking, AV/IT solutions, and the reseller ecosystem. Experience with building and managing an employee advocacy program, using industry-standard tools and platforms. Proficiency with AI tools and platforms and data analysis. Flexible team player willing to ramp up quickly and take ownership. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience with HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout or similar CRM/social media management tools. Knowledge of metrics like click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead. Strong writing, communication, and creative skills. Background in video production or editing is a plus. Audience Growth : Increase social media following by 200% year-over-year on LinkedIn and YouTube. Engagement Rates : Achieve an average engagement rate of 50%+ across platforms. Lead Generation : Contribute to a 150% increase in qualified leads through social campaigns. Campaign Impact : Drive a 150% increase in reseller inquiries and end-user traffic to NETGEAR Business content. Community Engagement : Engage with online communities with 150+ monthly interactions from AV/IT professionals across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
