We are seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Services Leader to lead and elevate the creative team supporting marketing strategies at Tyndale Advisors to deliver a premium end product to the clients we serve. This Eugene-based, in office role involves leading a team of talented designers and copywriters, collaborating with Tyndale Advisors' marketing professionals to create high-quality creative content and campaigns that support our ’clients' programs, branding, business objectives, and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in creative leadership, marketing strategy, and team development. They bring a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, user-centric design, and storytelling that fosters brand loyalty and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the creative marketing vision and strategy in alignment with Tyndale Marketing’s goals, ensuring all creative output is on-brand, innovative, and impactful.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, supervise, and inspire a team of designers and copywriters, fostering collaboration and professional growth that supports our clients.

Program Development:
Oversee the creative process for marketing programs (e.g., social media, digital ads, email/loyalty, Com/website content) and company initiatives, to ensure effective/efficient processes and compliance with standards.

Brand Stewardship:
Advising clients on branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communications, to support brand loyalty and recognition for the clients we support.

Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with internal stakeholders and inter-company teams, to align creative efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

Innovation & Trends:
Ensure the team is up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to continuously enhance creative strategies and processes.

Budget Management:
Supervise the creative services teams' productivity and ensure cost-effective production without compromising quality or innovation.

Vendor/Agency Management:
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as necessary to supplement in-house resources and ensure timely project delivery within budget parameters.

Performance Tracking:
Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns through measurements of success, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or in a related field preferred

Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative marketing leadership role (agency preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns across multiple channels

Exceptional team management, mentoring, and leadership skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and brand strategy

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of design, production, and productivity tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Asana project management, flow/Proof HQ, and others

Extensive experience with significant channel marketing platforms such as Meta, Google, Email Service Platforms, and others.

Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms (e.g., Asana), and CMS/marketing automation tools. Builder.io experience preferred

Strong analytical skills with an understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs

Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
