This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, and experienced in digital marketing, strategy, relationship management and funnel creation. They will also oversee partnerships, vendor relationships, and marketing performance analysis to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize content strategies across social media platforms (organic and paid).
  • Oversee SEO efforts and content for blogs, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Run paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google PPC, and other platforms.
  • Build and optimize lead generation and email marketing funnels using Go High Level, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Maintain and update the website to reflect brand identity and drive conversions.
  • Craft compelling and engaging copy for various marketing channels, including emails, social media, website content, and newsletters.
2. Event Management & Coordination
  • Plan, manage, and execute local and nationwide events, including masterclasses.
  • Manage event budgets, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate booth logistics.
  • Design and distribute event promotional materials, including flyers and QR codes.
3. Lead Generation & CRM Management
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems for customer engagement and tracking.
4. Vendor & Partnership Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Work with external partners to coordinate marketing campaigns and events.
  • Facilitate collaborations that enhance brand exposure and drive growth.
5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as CPL, leads, open rates, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Provide reports and actionable recommendations based on marketing analytics.
6. Team Collaboration & Relationship Management
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with sales and design teams for alignment on marketing objectives.
  • Manage and oversee team members and hold accountable for KPIs and performance
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, clients, and external collaborators.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar industry.
  • Expertise in copywriting, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and experience with platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Go High Level.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
