About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential support to the team across a range of marketing activities, contributing to the successful execution of marketing strategies for our diverse client portfolio. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a driven individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and update the digital brand presence for clients, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all online platforms.
  • Conduct basic research and assist with audience segmentation and strategy.
  • Support the creation of marketing reports by gathering and organizing data.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the team on various projects, providing administrative and creative support.
  • Maintain organized records of data, assets, and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with current marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2-year associate's degree or related experience in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or advertising.
  • Proficient in Office 365 (specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.

If you have 3 or more years of experience with the ability to successfully manage your work without significant oversight, you can work onsite at any of the 19 MBE offices including 13 in Wisconsin in Black Earth, Door Country, Fort Atkinson, Mauston, Marshfield, Portage, Reedsburg, Sauk City, Sun Prairie, Tomah, Wausau, Wisconsin Dells-Lake Delton, and our corporate headquarters in Baraboo plus offices in Phoenix, Goodyear, and Chandler, Arizona, in Scottsbluff and Kimball, Nebraska, and Durango, Colorado.
