The Senior Vice President, DTC Marketing, is a strategic and visionary leader responsible for driving the direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals. This role oversees eCommerce, Paid Growth, and Loyalty/Retention, ensuring an integrated and data-driven approach to maximizing lifetime customer value. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in scaling DTC businesses and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive DTC marketing strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Team Leadership: Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team across eCommerce, Paid Growth, and Loyalty/Retention. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Customer-Centric Approach: Leverage data-driven insights to deeply understand customer behaviors and preferences, ensuring personalized and impactful marketing strategies. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Brands, and Creative to drive cohesive and innovative campaigns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and optimization of the eCommerce platform to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize conversion rates. Drive paid growth campaigns across various channels (social, search, display, and affiliate) to acquire and engage new customers while achieving optimal ROI. Design and implement loyalty and retention programs to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Oversee the DTC marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet and exceed performance targets. Establish goals, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and outcomes. Ensure product value proposition is properly communicated and alignment between product features, market needs, and marketing communications. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to ensure the company remains a leader in the DTC space. Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions and contribute to overall strategy. What are we looking for in a Senior Vice President of DTC Marketing at HOMAGE? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10 years of experience in DTC marketing, with significant leadership responsibility. Demonstrated expertise in eCommerce, paid growth strategies, and customer loyalty/retention programs. Proven track record of scaling revenue and optimizing marketing performance in a high-growth environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentorship and professional development. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels. This is a full-time role that can be held from our Columbus office or remotely in the United States. Travel will be required as needed, which could be up to once per month. Employees living in the Columbus area are required to work in-person 2 days per week.
