Marketing Manager – Analytics, Strategy & Creativity

Location: In person, Arlington VA


Overview:

Since 1833 Garnier Thiebaut has been weaving fine linens in the Vosges of France. Today our linens can be found in the most distinguished hotels, restaurants, homes, and boutiques around the world. From our US headquarters in Arlington Virginia, Garnier Thiebaut USA services clients and customers across North America with luxury bedding, bath, dining linens, and accessories.


We are seeking a data-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to track performance, optimize campaigns, and present insights, combined with a creative vision to craft compelling brand messaging. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can manage a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and elevate our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a marketing team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, performance, and accountability within the team.
  • Collaborate with heads of sales departments, purchasing, and CEO to ensure marketing efforts drive revenue and customer engagement.


Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing campaigns for retail, hospitality, and wholesale customers.
  • Oversee campaign planning, content creation, and performance.
  • Track and adjust budget allocation across all channels and expenses.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand positioning.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to track ROI, customer behavior, and engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve conversions.
  • Work with CRM and automation tools to enhance audience segmentation and targeting.


Creativity & Brand Growth:

  • Bring innovative ideas to branding, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Oversee content development, ensuring high-quality visuals and copywriting.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging marketing tools.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in analytics, data visualization, and performance reporting (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Klayvio, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite – preferred
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
