Position Summary: As part of our client's Experience Team, you'll have the opportunity to shape customer engagement with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global brands. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic Agile environment from the initiation phase through to high-fidelity design delivery. Demonstrated expertise in interaction and visual design, with a capacity to articulate design rationale while influencing complex discussions with stakeholders. Experience in retail, e-commerce, and loyalty programs is advantageous. A genuine passion for enhancing customer experience is essential. A comprehensive resume and an engaging portfolio are mandatory for application; candidates must be prepared to present relevant work during interviews. Independently manage the UX/UI design for 2-3 concurrent projects aimed at enhancing usability and user adoption. Ensure design interfaces promote a consistent and effective user experience across various platforms and devices while aligning with overarching business strategies. Engage in user testing as needed, collaboratively crafting the research agenda with the product and design teams. Lead facilitation of workshops and design sprints with stakeholders to explore challenges, identify user pain points, and foster team alignment; provide summarizing documentation for executive updates as needed. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to determine viable solutions based on impact, feasibility, and budget considerations. Facilitate discussions with your design manager to identify solutions and recommendations for project advancement. Embrace a growth mindset, applying soft skills to give and receive constructive feedback, transforming critiques into actionable team insights. Possess 7 to 9+ years of design experience for web and mobile, with a portfolio that showcases user-focused design solutions. Minimum of 3+ years focused on native mobile application design (if applying for the App/Stores team). Minimum of 3+ years in responsive design (if applying for the .Com team). Experience in enterprise UX/process design for internal applications is preferred (if applicable). Expertise in Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX), effectively merging elements from existing design systems with native mobile patterns to ensure ease of use and brand coherence. Comfortable reviewing and providing feedback on proposed and implemented designs, ensuring adherence to the original design vision while prioritizing the customer experience. Skilled in gathering user feedback through usability testing and research activities. Diligent with organized work processes and a commitment to sound yet evolving design methodologies. A strong communicator with the assertiveness to advocate for your viewpoint while effectively collaborating with team members.
