Art Director Job at Creative People in Irvine

We're hiring for an Art Director for a consumer goods brand based in Irvine, CA.

This role is 2 days/week onsite in Irvine - candidates must be locally based or willing to relocate themselves to be considered.

Must-Haves:

• Direct to consumer experience
• At least 2 years experience as an Art Director managing designers and reporting into a CD or Design Director
• Comfortable both executing/designing + managing
• Photoshoot planning and on-set art direction experience as well as post production tasks - making selects, managing external retouching
• Proactive problem-solver, self-starter, and strategic partner
• Insanely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate concepts to leadership

Nice to Haves:

• Managing/executing packaging systems a plus
• Video art direction and production a huge plus
• Figma fluency
• Monday.com or other relevant PM software experience

Full time, direct hire

Salary: $150k base + bonus
