Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Social Media/Communications Specialist to represent our brand across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, interact with our audience, and build a strong online presence to promote our Care Dimensions full line of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and share engaging content (photos, videos, blog posts, and social media updates) that aligns with the brand's messaging and marketing goals.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and authentic manner.
- Promote brand campaigns, services, and special events through social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategies.
- Track and report engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
- Represent the brand positively and maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.
- Participate in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and sponsored campaigns as required.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or as a brand ambassador.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4, SEM, SEO.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the brand's industry and audience.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media metrics, with a proven track record of engagement, content creation, and strategy execution. Relevant experience in social media marketing, digital communications, or a related field is required; formal education is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
- Video editing/Adobe Premiere preferred.
- Photography/Photoshop skills preferred.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Previous experience in event promotion or product/service marketing.
Pay Range:
$31—$36 USD
