Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Director:

• Support the Store Director in achieving sales goals and driving business success.
• Deliver top-tier styling experiences to every customer.
• Assist with booking and hosting events, including (GNO's) and in-store events.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect our brand aesthetic.
• Oversee store operations when the Store Director is on PTO.
• Ensure operational excellence in customer profiling, inventory management, and store procedures.
• Engage in marketing efforts, including social media and inventory preparation.
