Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Photographer/Videographer to join our team. This role is dedicated to capturing high-quality photos and videos of our designs, shop environment, client experiences, and style content for use on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical expertise to ensure our brand is beautifully represented online.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality photos and videos of couture designs, fittings, and behind-the-scenes moments.
2. Follow a shot list or creative direction provided by the team to ensure consistency with the brand's aesthetic.
3. Edit photos and videos as needed for optimal quality and social media platform requirements.
4. Organize and deliver content promptly for use in social media campaigns.
5. Maintain and manage photography/videography equipment.
6. Collaborate with Ashley and the team to ensure content aligns with the brand's vision.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
2. Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
3. Strong understanding of framing, composition, and lighting.
4. Ability to work independently while following creative direction.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience shooting in a fashion or retail environment.
2. Familiarity with social media content formats and specifications (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok).
3. Knowledge of basic video editing for short-form content.

Schedule:

Part-time or project-based, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shoots.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate or project-based pay, commensurate with experience.
