Company Profile: Eze is a wholesale B2B electronics marketplace, and is expanding its digital footprint. We are in search of a skilled Social Media Content Creator & Community Builder who will be instrumental in boosting engagement on our social media channels - Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels. This role involves creating captivating and engaging content about our products, operations, technology updates, as well as actively building and nurturing our online community.

Location: Onsite - Los Angeles

Job Type: Contract - 20 hours a week.

List of Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive content calendar for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Produce and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing products, warehouse operations, and other relevant content.
  • Write engaging captions, create graphics, and ensure all content aligns with our brand identity.
  • Community Engagement and Building:
    • Foster a strong community by engaging with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
    • Organise and host live sessions, Q&As, and other community-driven events.
    • Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand community reach and engagement.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and overall brand presence on social media.
    • Stay abreast of social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
    • Continuously refine strategy based on performance metrics and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and warehouse teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and to identify new content opportunities.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align social media activities with broader company objectives.
    • Should be available to travel to cover events and conferences Eze participates in.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement.
    • Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

    Performance KPIs:

    • Growth in follower count on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and TikTok.
    • Engagement rate, including likes, comments, shares, and saves.
    • Increase in content reach and impressions.
    • Frequency and consistency of content posting.
    • Community feedback and sentiment analysis.
    • Conversion rate, tracking how social media efforts lead to measurable business outcomes (e.g., leads, sales).
