This position reports into the Commercial Director and is based in Vietnam.

What will you do
This role will lead the Customer & Trade Marketing function for Kenvue Vietnam across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. As part of the Sales Leadership Team, the incumbent will collaborate closely with Channel Heads, the Business Operations Team, Finance, Marketing, and his/her direct reports to develop and implement holistic Go-To-Market (GTM), promotion and retail environment strategies to deliver the business plan for the company.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description. · Develop and execute 5P strategies across retail environments (REs), ensuring alignment with: · Category and brand strategies. · Robust RE and shopper insights. · Define Where-to-Play (target store selection by channel) and How-to-Win (visibility, assortment, distribution, trade terms). · Design and implement a comprehensive BTL (Below-the-Line) and promotion activation plan across REs to achieve business objectives. · Develop a rolling 3-to-12-month business forecast in partnership with Channel Heads and the Business Planning Team. Performance & Profitability · Optimize investments to ensure profitability goals are met. · Measure promotion effectiveness to deploy. Customer & Shopper Insights · Build and enhance organizational understanding of channel-specific shoppers across all franchises (e.g., Baby, Skin, Oral Care). · Utilize competitive intelligence to identify insights and opportunities. · Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and activation strategies, with a focus on key spike customers. · Shape customer and shopper marketing fundamentals to support business growth. Innovation & GTM Strategy · Provide strategic inputs for innovation processes, including GTM strategies for new products. · Design and deliver 5P communication tools for sales teams to ensure flawless execution of plans. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor degree in business or a related field, with a strong understanding of FMCG business operations. MBA is a plus. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in FMCG with prior experience of minimum 4-5 years in trade marketing, sales, or a related field. Proven ability to: · Coach and develop direct reports (e.g., Channel Trade Marketing Managers). · Collaborate effectively across functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain). · Align teams with a “One Team” mindset. · Strong analytical skills to assess shopper behavior, channel performance, and promotional effectiveness.
