The Group Product Manager II sets the strategic direction and business objectives for the ULTRASOUND business and manages the formulation and execution of comprehensive business plans to achieve such objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Creates analytic-driven business objectives, such as market understanding, market segmentation, customer targeting, product positioning and message development. Creates innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools to create value and support the needs of the Sales Team for both a single-use device as well as capital system. Develops launch strategy to enter >$1B Cardiac Ultrasound Market to include hiring, coaching and developing a team of product managers. Set strategic direction for the business; work with the team to formulate actionable, comprehensive business plans (e.g., integrated marketing business plans, product portfolio and commercialization plans, technology roadmaps, market development plans, etc.) to achieve objectives. Oversee the execution of business plans through appropriate strategies, tactics and action plans. Develop annual operational budget for the business and ensure the availability of resources required for plan execution. Direct team's utilization of marketing science tools and methodologies for market analysis, and manage development of strategies and tactics designed to eliminate or mitigate market barriers, including technical, operational, economic, regulatory and sales channel barriers. Identify, analyze, and recommend franchise business development opportunities. Supports creation of training plans to prepare for commercial launch. Spends time in the field to gain market and clinical insights, as well as build relationships with key physicians. Develops forecasts for supply chain as well as overall revenue planning. Crafting training plans and tactics that will impact perception and adoption of capital solutions globally. Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and relationship building. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional related experience within medical device industry Experience building teams and developing talent Downstream marketing experience (i.e. product management, sales engagement and campaign) Analytical skills and ability to craft business plan Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects Ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets Travel up to 30% domestic, with potential for international Preferred qualifications: EP Mapping/PFA experience strongly preferred Higher education such as Master’s or MBA Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Requisition ID:
