What you'll do As Product Marketing Manager - Platform Services, you will be responsible for helping drive the messaging, go-to-market strategy, and adoption of a selection of platform services including admin tools and partner-built apps in our App Center. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, demand generation, enablement, pricing & packaging, and sales teams to define and drive the target audience, messaging, content, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Marketing - Platform. Responsibilities Partner with product managers to determine the value proposition of new capabilities, target audience, and use cases from inception to launch

Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey, drive better experiences, and account growth, then refine and optimize messaging based on these insights

Collaborate with partner account leads and partner marketing to recruit new partners to build on the Docusign platform, and lead the go-to-market strategy to support the success of new partner-built apps

Lead the development of content for all customer segments, and enable the direct sales team to win with target customers

What you bring Basic 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space Preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data for customer insights and recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven track record of working with multiple cross-functional teams Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven MBA Experience in management consulting Experience marketing platform capabilities Experience marketing to administrators, partners, and/or developers Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision

Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $114,200.00 - $177,100.00 base salary Washington: $109,600.00 - $156,950.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
