As a fast-growing startup, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing to lead and execute our growth marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition.

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on marketing leader to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the growth of NexGen Technologies. This individual will be responsible for branding, demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and sales enablement to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

This is an impactful leadership role requiring expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, content creation, and digital advertising to position NexGen Technologies as a leading virtual business communication provider.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with NexGen Technologies' business goals.
  • Build and refine brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions to resonate with CEOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate NexGen from competitors.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

2. Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Design and optimize lead generation funnels, nurturing campaigns, and marketing automation to drive high-quality leads.
  • Leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, paid social ads, and retargeting campaigns to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to target and engage high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide high-converting marketing materials and improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.

3. Digital & Content Marketing

  • Create a robust content marketing strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and video content to establish NexGen as an industry thought leader.
  • Oversee the company website, landing pages, and digital presence, ensuring SEO optimization and compelling messaging.
  • Implement email marketing and CRM campaigns to nurture prospects and retain existing customers.

4. Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Manage and grow NexGen's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Engage with industry influencers, partners, and customers to foster community growth.

5. Sales Enablement & PR

  • Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with PR teams to secure media coverage, press releases, and industry recognition.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and thought leadership initiatives to position NexGen as an industry leader.

6. Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise marketing (preferably in virtual business solutions, communications platforms, or workforce management).
Proven ability to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing.
Strong background in content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Excellent writing, storytelling, and messaging skills for content creation.
Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Experience marketing to C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
Knowledge of BPO, call centers, SaaS, and enterprise communication platforms.
Experience with video marketing, YouTube strategy, and webinars.
