Young America Realty, Inc., a leading provider of student and residential housing solutions, is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for both our Student Housing and Residential Housing divisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing budgets, and leveraging data analytics to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives. Ideally, this candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly the multifamily housing segment, and have a passion for building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving occupancy rates. However, relevant marketing experience from other industries will be considered as well. This is an in-person role, and this individual will maintain an office at our company headquarters in Normal, IL.

Responsibilities:

     Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute integrated marketing plans for both Student and Residential Housing divisions, encompassing digital marketing, social media, content marketing, print advertising (if applicable), public relations, and community outreach initiatives.

     Brand Management: Oversee the consistent and effective communication of brand messaging across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with company values and target audience preferences. Maintain and enhance brand identity for both divisions.

     Digital Marketing Leadership: Direct and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, website management, and online advertising campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

     Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Develop regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior management.

     Lead Generation & Management: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for both Student and Residential Housing divisions. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.

     Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget for both divisions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

     Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the student and residential housing markets. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and product development.

     Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.

     Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the real estate and student housing industries.

Qualifications:

     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

     Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry, with a focus on student housing a plus. 

     Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.

     Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. 

     Expertise in data analytics and reporting, with proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

     Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

     Experience with property management software a plus.
