Role Overview: As the Director of Digital Brand Creative, you will be a leader organizing and conceptualizing our brand's creative digital identity, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with the founder to bring their creative vision to life, blending your expertise in digital design and branding to elevate our ecommerce presence and user experience. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about storytelling, design, organization and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Manage the brand's visual identity and creative strategy across all digital and web touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence. Collaboration with Founder: Partner closely with the Founder to translate their vision into compelling creative assets, campaigns, and product designs. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of designers, strategists, and creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Digital Design Excellence: Direct the creative execution of our ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and aesthetically captivating user experience. Content Development: Guide the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, social media assets, and multimedia content to resonate with our audience and drive brand growth. Brand Management: Create and maintain ongoing brand standard guidelines across all touchpoints Brand Strategy: Help curate the overall brand narrative, ensuring alignment with our core values and positioning as a leader in our industry. Innovation & Industry Research: Identify emerging trends in design, technology, and consumer behavior to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with product design, marketing, and ecommerce teams to create content cohesion across site and marketing channels Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within ecommerce, fashion, or consumer goods. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, digital design, and storytelling. Proven experience leading creative teams and managing high-impact projects from concept to execution. Exceptional understanding of ecommerce best practices, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to diverse stakeholders. A deep appreciation for innovation and craftsmanship in product and brand design. A hands-on approach with the ability to toggle between strategic thinking and tactical execution. Preferred Skills:
Background in working with founder-led brands or startups. Experience in lifestyle, luxury, or design-focused industries.
