The Hiring Process:
- Submit your application. I’ll review it and contact you for an interview.
- If you’re not already licensed, I’ll guide you through the process of getting licensed.
- I’ll help you get onboarded with our main carriers: Ethos, Americo, and Mutual of Omaha.
- You’ll relocate to Tampa and start training with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance products clearly to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with strong communication skills.
- Work with marketing teams to generate leads and promote insurance products.
- Stay informed on industry trends to provide accurate information.

$5,000 - $50,000 per month (based on performance)
Expected Work Hours:
10 – 80 hours per week
