Summary
The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator works to conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content. This role is key to supporting marketing and social media campaigns that represent the company brand and creative visions. This position is on-site 3-4 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities Creative coordination between established brand standards and marketing collateral Support stores and sales team with digital and print marketing assets using Canva Create social media content for various platforms Create B2C email marketing campaigns Support the CMO in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership Work Environment and Physical Demands

Requirements
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or creative role for a company or agency Portfolio or examples of past work Experience with graphic design software. Canva / Adobe experience is a plus. Experience with email marketing tools. Ex. Mailchimp Social Media Management Experience Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple projects while staying organized Optional: Experience with video editing Computers and Technology
Expert Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams
