Job Purpose The purpose and function of the Honda Marketing Sr. Specialist will be to manage, review, and optimize national advertising assets for Honda's vehicle lineup to support new car sales initiatives across digital and physical media. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Honda's national advertising efforts while gaining valuable experience in the ever-evolving automotive industry.

Key Accountabilities

Production Management:

Oversee planning, scheduling, and quality control to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of static and dynamic images for all Honda vehicle launches.

Manage cross-functional team collaboration, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize production efficiency.

Post-production supervision of the quality control process and making final approval decisions on the visual content. This involves reviewing and approving still images, video footage, and post-production edits to ensure they meet the required standards and align with the brand guidelines.

Budget:

Manage budget and compliance and continuously implement process improvement to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Other:

Supports the team with ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Assist with special projects for further development.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in marketing roles.

Prior experience managing vendor(s) and/or agencies on projects.

Automotive and/or agency experience is preferred.

Excellent communication, both oral and written, as well as presentation skills.

Deadline driven.

Detail-oriented and supremely organized.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects/teams.

Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills.

Advertising understanding including digital / broadcast / print ad formats.

Strong understanding of the Honda brand and maintain an eagle eye for details.
