Job Purpose Acura Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented marketing and communications professional to serve as a Regional Marketing Sr. Specialist. This role will be supporting effective and frequent communications with Acura Sales, Zones and Dealers with the absence of Acura DAAs and in today's highly competitive and complex digital landscape. This role will help execute the approved strategy and coordinate between AHM's national investments and the dealers' tier 3 marketing plans to increase marketing performance and reduce waste. Additionally, this role may attend select NDAB meetings, Grass Roots Zone meetings, Internal Sales Correlation meetings throughout the year to help communicate National Marketing Direction. Lastly, as part of the Acura Marketing team, this role will support other projects as the business requires.

Key Accountabilities

Regional Marketing Strategy Execution & Analyses (in support to Assistant Manager):

Support and execute strategies for Tier 3 marketing activities

Provide Tier 3 strategies & recommendations by market in partnership with J.D. Power/ADDP

Provide analysis of marketing activities and its impact to sales (understand core marketing KPIs: Qualified Web Traffic Ratio to Sales, Google Search Trends, Edmunds Purchase Intent Indicator, Acura Brand Health Tracker)

Deeply engaged with Sales, Incentives and Advertising teams to ensure incentives and marketing messages are aligned to maximize sales results

Must understand creative needs by market to help relay needs to internal production team

Support Acura event marketing activities and engage dealer body participation in execution of events

Acura Digital Dealer Program & Compliance:

Proactively participate in weekly J.D. Power (JDP) meetings to discuss ongoing Tier 3 marketing activities, performance, action items and upcoming opportunities

Understand Regional Marketing Funds (RMF) distribution and dealer utilization each quarter and work with JDP to maximize ROI on dealer investments

Collaborate with compliance agency (Ansira) and Zones to ensure all brand guidelines are being met (e.g., dealers are within compliance)

Attend Ansira status meetings to provide direction on dealer compliance issues or other RMF-related topics

Sales/Zones Correlations, Grass Roots, Dealer Meetings:

Support Sales & Zones as main Regional Marketing contact

Understand AHM's marketing objectives and plans in order to communicate and collaborate effectively with Zones and Dealers

Assist with creating marketing presentations for Sales, Zones, Dealers and internal stakeholders

Key Accountabilities Continued

Auto Show Events:

Plan and execute Honda & Acura's presence at key auto shows throughout the year

Work with agency to develop Scope of Work and negotiate terms and fees

Support budget management

Communicate and collaborate with dealers' for vehicle loans, as applicable

Support development of PO presentations and PDCA reporting

Other:

Supports the team with general operations and ad-hoc assignments as needed

Assist with special projects for further development

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

BA / BS required

Emphasis in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field strongly preferred

3-5 years of experience in marketing or similar roles

Auto field experience preferred - experience working with dealers

Resourceful team player

Proficient in data management, reporting and insights

Autonomous, highly motivated and goal-oriented

Organized with strong attention to detail

Strong time management skills-can multitask and prioritize deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with heavy emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons of all levels
