Marketing Associate
Pay Rate: $33.00 Hourly
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Support the deployment of cross-divisional marketing campaigns to build recognition, drive awareness, and stimulate demand.
Administrate the publication of stories that showcase the value propositions of our portfolio.
Support the execution of coordinated, multi-channel marketing programs and projects.
Adapt technical content into persuasive messaging needed to help drive awareness, demand, and conversion for the assigned focus campaign.
Build suitable marketing content across multiple channels, including social media, web, video, print, and more.
Develop and own a robust lead generation funnel, ensuring the efficient routing of leads from campaign tactics to the appropriate sales teams.
Actively collaborate with collaborators to achieve campaign success measures.
Open and request purchase orders to manage marketing budgets and finances. Monitor invoices for timely execution and track expenditures at the tactic level to align with the annual operating plan.
Maintain an editorial calendar for newsletters, articles, and other marketing content.
Proactively coordinate activities with other divisions to improve brand recognition at common events.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
Experience & skills:
• Evidence of experience in marketing, marketing communications, copywriting, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a complex, highly matrixed organization and ability to partner and influence effectively.
• Strong marketing competence and experience in developing marketing campaigns including customer segmentation, positioning, and staging and pacing of tactical programs.
• Strong communication skills as well as analytical, project management, and planning skills.
• Ability to understand business strategies and prioritize activities appropriately.
• Ability to work with and coordinate external vendors.
• Proven capability to prioritize and manage various projects.
• Excellent digital literacy including use of Microsoft Office. Experience with marketing tools such as Eloqua and Workfront is advantageous.
