The Product Marketing Manager 1 is responsible for contributing to the success of their product category by driving results through cross-functional collaboration.? This role is responsible for owning the product lifecycle, from inputs on ideation and development to launch and optimization of respective categories.????? What You Will Do:Own the lifecycle of a specified product category in accordance with the 3-year product roadmap.?Drive Voice of Customer, market research & analyze trend data to identify and drive product opportunities.??Facilitate collaboration with cross functional teams to align decisions, communication, and execution of product related initiatives.?Represent product category during product development, ensuring product meets customer requirements and are delivered on time & within budget.?Execute milestones and deliverables for each stage of the new product development process.?Define and prioritize product features & enhancements based on market research & competitive positioning.??Plan and execute successful product launches by collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling product storytelling & go to market strategy.?Monitor & analyze product sales, profit performance & customer feedback to identify opportunities for product category improvement including cost savings & quality improvement.??Implement end-of-life product strategies including discontinuation and phase-out processes.??Provide sales, trade & internal teams with necessary information, training, and product knowledge to support profitable growth.?Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization. What You Have:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.?At least 3 years of relevant experience is required; 4 years of experience preferred.??
