Their expertise should span across various content formats, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing and video production
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content across various platforms
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Proficiency in video editing software and content management systems
  • Experience with SEO best practices and social media marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp and communicate concepts
  • Experience in B2B marketing or technology sector (not necessarily healthcare)

Job Requirements

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with our marketing goals and brand identity
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns
  • Produce high-quality video animation content, including conducting interviews and managing video projects from concept to final edit
  • Use AI tools to optimize efficiency for the content creation process, including, but not limited to: generating and enhancing new content, evaluating content performance, and streamlining content distribution
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to produce cohesive marketing materials
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure it resonates with our target audience
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness
