7. Film content on location, using professional equipment and providing creative direction.
8. Develop and implement strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
9. Regularly analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal reach.
10. Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh.
11. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with business goals.
12. Mentor junior content creators, offering support and feedback.

What We're Looking For:
