Summit Golf Brands is focused on providing high quality sportswear to the wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer channels. It is the company behind four of the golf industry's leading apparel brands: Zero Restriction, B. Draddy, Fairway & Greene, and EP NY.

Reports to: VP of Design

Responsibilities And Duties Of This Position Include

  1. Follow through on FG/ZR/BD men's product from the conceptual sketch phase through Salesmen samples to Bulk production.
  2. Manage the bill of materials section (Fabrics/Trims/Packaging) of the Excel tech packs.
  3. Assist in updating line sheets and garment sketches using Illustrator and Acrobat.
  4. Manage WIP reports for all 3 brands, adhering to the development and buy calendar.
  5. Daily communication with all overseas and domestic vendors to facilitate production and delivery of product.
  6. Continuously update/file salesman sample/bulk fabrics and trim libraries each season.
  7. Update/maintain seasonal garment descriptions used for Marketing purposes.
  8. Work with Design and Production to achieve the prescribed target margins for each brand.
  9. Help resolve production related problems and follow up with vendors as needed.
  10. Make sure goods are produced/shipped in the correct quality and requirements.
  11. Add value in creating the best product the market has to offer through creativity and innovation.
  12. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the brands.

Requirements And Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in product design, fashion merchandising or a related field.
  2. At least 4 years of industry knowledge and experience, preferably in Men's apparel.
  3. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  4. Experience working with a small staff and wearing multiple hats.
  5. Exceptional time management skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Detail oriented, have a positive & flexible attitude.

  1. Excellent color sense and ability to communicate color standards/lab dip comments/approvals.
  2. Communicate clearly in oral and written form on a constant basis.
  3. Work independently, utilize good judgement and possess a strong sense of initiative.
  4. Organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and assignments.

Software Skills

MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat software

Salary: $75000 - $95000 per year
