We are in search of a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Marketing team with various tasks such as maintaining marketing/digital assets, coordinating events, and providing overall administrative support. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Take charge of creating and updating a comprehensive inventory of marketing/digital assets such as photos, floor plans, digital sales presentation tools, and more.

• Organize and manage both external and internal events.

• Participate actively in all marketing division meetings, calls, and events, both onsite and virtual.

• Create, maintain, and distribute an inventory of sales and marketing collateral.

• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including maintaining all marketing files, reports, supplies, signage, and invoices.

• Conduct weekly onsite visits to all properties to ensure optimal presentation of the marketing assets.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Office Suite in executing various tasks.

• Contribute to brand awareness through editorial content, advertisements, and blogging.

• Participate in budget processes and campaign planning.

• Coordinate events as part of marketing efforts.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to create and manage editorial content
  • Experience in the production and placement of advertisements
  • Proven skills in blogging to enhance brand awareness
  • Familiarity with budget processes in marketing
  • Expertise in campaign planning and execution
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to work onsite in San Diego
