The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns, social media, and events, focusing on driving high-quality leads for the company. This role demands B2B marketing experience in the technology sector. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in technical environments, possess a solid understanding of software engineering, and excel in analyzing and optimizing campaigns to meet strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for digital advertising, email, and events to drive engagement and lead generation.

• Develop data-driven strategies that align with business objectives and cater to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) needs.

• Partner with internal teams to align campaign messaging with broader company objectives.


Social Media and Influencer Marketing

• Oversee the development and execution of targeted social media strategies.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and engagement.

• Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content and strategies.


Event Management

• Plan and coordinate events, including virtual and in-person formats, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

• Analyze event performance and incorporate learnings into future strategies.


Copywriting and Content Development

• Create and refine compelling copy for ads, landing pages, and the company website to engage technical audiences and drive conversions.

• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.


Brand Awareness and Messaging

• Develop strategies to increase QASource’s brand visibility and awareness in key markets.

• Craft messaging that resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates QASource’s value propositions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all messaging aligns with customer needs and market trends.

Performance Analysis

• Conduct thorough analyses of campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and optimize results.

• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to assess ROI and improve campaign efficacy.


Team Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with Design, Advertising, Marketing Operations, and Production teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials.

• Work with product teams to ensure that services are effectively communicated.


Qualifications


Skills

• Copywriting: Proficient in creating persuasive and technically nuanced content tailored to sophisticated audiences.

• Marketing Automation: Skilled in leveraging automation tools, ideally HubSpot, to streamline campaign execution and optimization.

• Social Media and Influencer Marketing: Demonstrated ability to grow engagement through targeted social media and influencer marketing strategies.

• Campaign Management, Analysis, and Optimization: Expertise in end-to-end campaign execution and data-driven refinements.

• Sales Enablement: Capable of creating marketing strategies and materials that support sales objectives.


Additional Requirements


• Experience:

o At least 5 years in marketing with a proven track record in B2B demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Experience in the technology or software industry is strongly preferred.

• Technical Expertise: 

o Working understanding of software engineering.

o Proficiency with marketing operations and analytics tools.

o Strong analytical skills for deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.

o Creative, solution-oriented thinker with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits


Salary Range:

  • $85,000 - $95,000 per annum
