This role will play a key part in shaping and executing FTE’s marketing strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and driving client engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing bold and innovative marketing techniques that attract new business opportunities, captivate audiences, and position FTE as an industry leader. This role requires a creative powerhouse who can craft compelling messaging, drive engagement, and ensure a consistent and impactful external presence that sets FTE apart from the competition.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance high-level strategy with detailed execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with FTE Performance Consulting’s business objectives.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the annual marketing budget, developing promotional messaging, and working with the FTE Core Team and third parties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  2. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and traditional media.
  3. Ensure all marketing initiatives align with FTE’s strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  4. Oversee both external and internal communications, including newsletters, press releases, and video content.
  5. Manage and create content for various platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging.
  6. Lead the planning and execution of events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
  7. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution.
  8. Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of funds and cost efficiency.
  9. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
  10. Utilize marketing software solutions to enhance campaign targeting and customer insights.
  11. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
  12. Work closely with consulting teams to align marketing efforts with service offerings and client engagement strategies.
  13. Support thought leadership initiatives by developing whitepapers, case studies, and industry insights.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least two career roles demonstrating career progression.
  3. Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
  4. Strong experience in event planning and execution.
  5. Ability to oversee internal teams while working hands-on in campaign development and execution.
  6. Proficiency in marketing software solutions and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, social media analytics, etc.).
  7. A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, capable of both strategic planning and tactical execution.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. 30% Travel Requirements.
